Since the inception of Smarter in June 2021, we have been developing our culture to assure that we offer innovative solutions, whilst considering the environment, with our ultimate desire to delight our customers.

We believe that the heartbeat and foundation for any successful business is primarily driven by the culture and empowerment within the whole team to deliver for our customers. This is coupled with a desire to create management systems that essentially, are developed to assure ultimate flexability for our customers.

We of course want to record and encapsulate our 'culture' as it develops, within a secondary medium, to help present our story to our team and customers.

Over the last few months, we have been working hard to create and develop our supporting quality and environmental management systems, to help describe our culture and we have immense pleasure to announce that the Smarter Managed Buildings quality and environmental management systems have been assessed, approved and certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 : 2015 standards.
