Our team have many years of experience successfully delivering a vast number of BMS projects over the last 30 years. We believe with our wealth of experience and 'can do' culture, our projects will be installed with care and highest quality. With our years of experience in the delivery of several market leading BMS manufacturer systems, including Tridium, Schneider Electric and Trend, we have the acumen to support both your basic and most complex BMS requirements. 

The team have previously been trained to 'Tridium Engineering', 'EcoXpert' and 'Expert' accredation to retrospectively deliver Tridum, Schneider Electric and Trend legacy and latest systems retrospectively, including Schneider Continuum, Satchwell Sigma, EcoStruxture systems and Trend IQ1 to IQ4 systems. 

More recently we have invested in the team, with refresher Tridium training courses, following our recent partnership commitment to deliver the Tridium system and demonstrating product excellence and delivery quality assurances. 

We are extremely proud to have team members that are passing the challenging Tridium course with scores of 99%. In is nice to receive this feedback that are support and culture of team is reaping  it's rewards, with our Tridium distributer and training partner, Forest Rock, confirming that is one of the highest scores recorded at their Loughborough based training facilities.

Our engineers are available to support current Tridium, Schneider and Trend partners, if you require any ad-hoc additional resources for your projects or service contracts.

We are proud to have chosen the latest Tridium open system as our initial internal company product and system offering.

SMB are proud to be able to offer the UK market leading BMS technology as part of our overall portfolio of control solutions for our customers.

The management and engineering team at Smarter Managed Buildings have over 35 years experience with the design, installation and support of the portofolio of Schneider Electric BMS systems, including all legacy and latest EcoStruxure systems.

Our engineers have been trained and accredated to install EcoStruxure systems, with previous roles at Schneider Electric and some of their third party installer partners.

With a number of our customers, including the Univiersity of Leicester and Nottingham University Hospitals, desiring and already enjoying  the services of SMB for their Schneider Electric BMS customer/experience centric installation and support services

SMB are working towards enhancing our services to complement the desire of our customers, with our application and ongoing progression with the Schneider EcoXpert partner programme. We look forward to have the added benifit of supporting our Midlands based customers, as a fully certified partner in the future.

In the meantime, with the depth of knowledge and experience with Schneider systems, we can offer our customers with the installation and servicing of Schneider Electric solutions, coupled with our project management and customer centric culture and partnerships with Schneider Electric EcoXpert approved partners, who offer us a supply and engineering solutions. This offers customers with the opportunity to chose the installer of their choice and assuring a competitive service.

From our extensive experience of supporting customer's BMS systems, it is our principal and core mission value to visit each control panel to functionally check that the panel and field devices are performing correctly and serviceable. 

The hardware functionality is the primary key requirement to be operational, before any further high level performance analytics, control regime amendments or energy savings will bear any significant improvements to the comfort and energy consumption of a building. 

Of course when this is all satisfactory, we can then maximise your energy efficiency with our in house industry knowledge and industry and system programming knowledge and our building performance analytics solution system programme  'SAVES - Smarter Analytics Valuable Energy Savings.'

At Smarter, we have years of legacy BMS product knowledge, such as Schneider Electric Infinity, Continuum, Satchwell and Trend IQ 1, 2, 3 series systems. 

Whilst manufacturers may have made these products obsolete, we relish the opportunity to potentially help protect your investments and of course reduce the impact on the environment, to attempt to fault find and repair legacy systems efficiently if possible and to assist budgeting.  

After all, you have invested in the equipment and systems over the years that hold value. Call us as we have some unique legacy controller and PCB repair services partners at our disposal, so what seems like a full system replacement might be required and advised by others, we may be able to fix and make your system servicable again, giving you time to plan, assess the options open to you and budget in a controlled manner.

We like to do our bit for the environment and our usual recommendation and preference for a first fix attempt to resolve your BMS issues, is to carry out a remote analysis of your system. 

Many faults can be quickly rectified remotely without the time and cost of travel to your site and the comsequential effect on the environment of a phyisical visit. 

We have a number of remote support solutions, utlisling 4G and secure VPN solutions, depending on your BMS network infrastructure.

Our team offers a wealth of theoretical, analytical and practical BMS experience that we can assist you with advice to discuss the latest available technologies to provide the most cost effective system design for any application.  

With our team knowledge including HNC's in Building Services Engineering, electronic engineering and coupled with business management degrees, we are in a unique and independent position to advise and assist end users, consultants and contractors, to provide the most appropriate and cost effective BMS system, to overlay with your mechanical designs.
