This project is for the Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust. Smarter Managed Buildings are designing and installing the latest Trend Control Systems IQ5 BMS control system for the new facility.

Our Director, Darren Willis, is proud to be a member of The Salvation Army - Derby Central and to support their amazing work, especially during this holiday season. This year, Darren has arranged for Smarter Managed Buildings to join the efforts by contributing to their Christmas Toy Appeal, helping to bring joy to children in need.

This is the second year that SMB have supported this worthy charity appeal and the toys have all arrived at Derby Central HQ, ready for wrapping and distribution to the community.

No rest for the team at Smarter Managed Buildings, as it’s exciting to move straight onto the final installation and commissioning phase of our latest project at QMC. The impressive new Neonatal and SCBU Maternity facility is coming to life.
This marks a milestone for SMB with such a large and fast track project. We are proud to have been trusted to project manage and deliver this prestigious project in a condensed construction programme.
It’s a biggy with 7 BMS control panels and 50 room temperature sensors, where we are designing and installing a Schneider Electric EcoStruxure system.
